Copycat Recipe: Ruby Tuesday Asian Glazed Salmon

October 26, 2012 by Kimberly Danger 9 Comments

copycat recipe ruby tuesday salmon

I found this recipe listed as a copycat Ruby Tuesday salmon recipe.  Oddly enough, when I looked it up on the Ruby Tuesday website, the recipes don’t sound similar at all.  The Ruby Tuesday version has peanuts and sesame seeds in it.  This one does not.  Oh well, that’s OK!  This Asian-Glazed Salmon was a hit with us – Ruby Tuesday copycat or not.

Copycat Recipe Ruby Tuesday Salmon

1/2 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped finely
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 salmon fillets

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine the marinade ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly.  Pour marinade over salmon fillets in a baking pan.  Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
