This $4/4 General Mills Snacks Coupon is on the Winco Foods website but is a manufacturer coupon that can be used anywhere.   I was able to print twice, and it prints out without any Winco Foods logos.   I had a hard time printing in Firefox so I switched to IE.

The fine print reads:  Save $4.00 when you buy any four 6-oz. or larger Bugles Corn Snacks, Check Mix, Gardetto’s Snack Mixes OR any flavor/variety Betty Crocker Fruit Shapes, Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Gushers or Fruit Roll-ups.  Since a size isn’t specified on the Fruit Roll-ups, I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to use this on the Fruit Roll-Ups at Target’s Dollar Spot.  Let me know if it works for you!
