CHRISTMAS SALAD

1 pkg. black raspberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water or pineapple juice
1 small orange, cut in sections
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can cranberry sauce, crushed with fork
1/4 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add cold water or
pineapple juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in orange
sections, pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Chill until
firm. Use in Christmas molds.
