PERFECT PUMPKIN PIE
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cloves or 1 Tbsp.
pumpkin pie spice
Place pumpkin in bowl; beat in eggs. Mix salt, spices
and sugar; stir into pumpkin. Add milk gradually and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees until done (45 minutes).
