This month at Target, the Dollar Spot is a scrapbooker’s dream.  They’ve got stickers, scrapbooks, ribbon, foam hearts, and other paper-crafting embellishments – all for just a buck.  It’s a great place to pick up the supplies you’ll need to create a special Valentine for Grandpa and Grandma (check out the cute mini-scrapbooks shown below).  Or, just pick up some supplies for crafting on cold, winter days.
