A friend of mine works with developmentally delayed adults at a day program. She had a group of consumers at the mall. They stopped into a bath and body works to look around and do some shopping. When not only did the sales clerk but the manager of the store asked them to leave. Because the delayed adults distracted the other customers, even though there was no one else there. And that there is a counter on the door and when people come in and don’t buy things it brings down the sales for that store. They said that is why they have the free samples out in the mall. They then asked that the workers please only come in during their non working hours. Because of this one store and the people who work there I will never buy anything from Bath and Body works again. I would even take the things I have purchased in the past back if I could.
