Describe 'Saving Means Being Able To Eat'    I am disabled and live on my SSI income.  Living on so little money means you have to stretch it as far as it will go.   First I get my main groceries only once a month because it seems the more times you shop the more you spend.  I have several sites listed under my favorites from which I get coupons.  Always check these everyday, as new coupons are continually added.  Also, like Mommy Savers and other similar sites on Facebook, you will be surprised how many great couons and deals you can get for a limited time. You have to be flexible brandwise, but make sure you only print and buy  what you will use!
