Ours gives out dollar coins, although now that older DS knows the truth, I'll sometimes just give him a paper dollar, to save the coins for younger DS.
Haven't seen it yet, but want to.  I can't imagine these movies without RDJ - he's my favorite part & I can't see anyone else in the role.
I just started watching it a little while ago, too.  It is hilarious.  Love Uncle Si, too.
None.  I like to bake my own cookies, rather than buy the pre-packaged kind.  The only time we have those around is Girl Scout cookie time.  I made a pan of chocolate chip bar cookies last night.

Yes.  Here summer school is a mix of remediation and fun classes.  So my boys will be taking fun stuff like Engineering Adventure, Science Lab, Snack Attack, Balls of Fire, etc.  They love it, and I, as a parent, really...

No, but then I've never been much of a soda person.  Even in high school, I drank iced tea instead of soda. 
I had a $25 co-pay at my first doctor appointment for DS #1, and then a $100 co-pay for the hospital.  Nothing for DS #2 (we moved to a different state & had different insurance).
Usually just soap (Bath & Body Works shower gel).  Occasionally I'll steal DH's shaving cream, but I don't like the way most of them smell.
