Pros: One of our favorite family shows
Cons: Staged scenes
We discovered Duck Dynasty last fall and bought Season One to catch up. As with any good TV show, there are distinct characters that make it funny. In this case, it's the Robertson family - who are real-life Redneck businesspeople in charge of Duck Commander Duck Calls. The more you watch, the more you get to know each of the Roberston boys, their wives and matriarch "Miss Kay" personally. It's unscripted drama, and while some scenes are obviously staged for effect, as a viewer you don't really care.
