Returning it!
Cons: no head support, did not like straps
I used it for like 3 weeks and hated it! We bought it for my 10 months old (18 pound) daughter. First of all it did not fit well in our Honda CRV. It is in the middle with a towel rolled under it. The head rest which is suppose to be utilized for rear facing is way up high, she has no head support at all! Every time she fall asleep her head just falls in the side. Looks so painful. Also the straps when you tighten them go down next to her hips making red lines on her thighs. They also twist. The cup holder is cheap, useless and to far from her. I really don't like this seat.
