It is hard to find a Skinny Cow treat that is gluten-free so this is a nice treat. Now, if they'd only eliminate the corn syrup and palm oil, the product might be worth the price. I only buy it when it is on sale.

We are all trying to watch our weight and these bars are AWESOME! I was recently have a bad day and was really wanting something sweet. I decided to splurge and spend the extra money and treat myself to something. When I tried these I was ABSOLUTELY amazed. They are SO worth the extra money and I didn't feel guilty about eating them. I would highly recommend these to anyone. Absolutely Delicious :)

I decided to try these Skinny Cow ice cream bars because I had a coupon. The coupon made the Skinny Cow bars cheaper than other ice cream options, plus I hoped the bars would help with portion sizes. And 100 calories? Really?
I like ice cream bars that are coated in chocolate, so I thought I'd be disappointed with just the drizzle. I didn't anticipate that the deliciousness of the caramel ice cream would totally make up for any supposed lack of chocolate. In fact, when I got to the bottom of the bar, where there is a little extra chocolate drizzle, I almost thought it was too chocolaty!
I had to get the box out of the freezer and make sure I hadn't read wrong. I can hardly believe these ice cream bars are low fat and only 100 calories each. They're really that good.
