Obama wins! - Page 4

I love all the responses!
So colorful!
I for one am hopeful but cautious.
Where is our county without hope?

Honestly I did not know who I was going to vote for until yesterday morning.
I am proud to be an American no matter whose the President.
Even with our country in the state that it is, I know Americans have been through a lot of adversity and it makes us stronger as a whole.

God Bless the USA(and the next 4 years)

I totally agree ~ I went to bed last night with a big black ball of fear in my gut. I will lose gracefully and say congrats to him & his supporters, but I am afraid....very very afraid!

Obama's "spread the wealth" plan could very well be the end of our small business. I am very afraid for the future of my family.

I didn't vote for him and I don't think he is the right choice for president, but I am going to pray for him and hope he makes the right decisions for our country.

i am so excited for us! and by the looks of it--so is the rest of the world! even the stocks are rising in anticipation of obama as president! i will look it up--it was on cnn.com last night, that traders are purchasing and trading more stock in response to the obama win--people ARE optimistic.

It'll be interesting to see what all the "excited" people think IF it does go bad.
I mean Bush was voted in not once but twice and look what people think of him now.

I will say though....I too pray for all of us that I'm wrong....I'm a big girl and would be willing to admit itNow to just sit back and wait and see....

I'm almost surprised She didn't give the concession speech last night.

At any rate, I'm elated!

IMO bush cheated his way in. he was not "voted" in. he stole the election the second time around.

we are excited and there no need to quote it because it's real and genuine--we are excited and there is no raining on our parade around here--we have worked hard to get him voted in and all that is the bottom line now, we have to work hard from this point, not the "what if" point because it's moot. he's our PRESIDENT now and the country has spoken! he won a crapload of red states and swing states--338 electoral votes. talk about a landslide...the man is IN and we are GOOD!

thanks to everyone who supported the Obama/Biden team and thanks to everyone that despite the differences wish him much success running the country!

now i have to go order my obama/biden t-shirt! they have them in pink too! hehe :D
