1 deep dish 9" pie shell
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coarse chopped walnuts****

Combine morsels, evaporated milk and butter in small, heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; cool slightly.

Beat eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until combined. Gradually beat in chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell.

Bake in preheated 375ºF. oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until set and top is firm (inside will be moist). Cool on wire rack.

***I make this with pecans for DH. He doesn't like walnuts. It is good with pecans and I also top it with cool whip.

I made this last night for company!

I served it with vanilla bean ice cream. I was going to take a picture, but eating it was more important than taking a picture!!!LOL
