Count me in too! I am new to the board as well so have never seen a FTJ in action, but it sounds like something that I would like to participate in. We don't have any debt and are working on building our emergency fund. In May we had some expenses come up that we didn't plan properly for, so we had to dip in it. That really woke us up to the fact that although we have a budget, it is a little too flexible. We need to stick to our plan so that it will work. Also, I would love to have the EF finished by the end of the year, so I can use this summer to try to become a bit more frugal and pinch every penny til it screams!
