We live in Idaho in a 3500 sq ft house.

Electricity: Low is @ $70/mo in the spring. High is $170/mo in the summer (A/C) Our average is about $80/mo for most months.

Gas: This is only for our forced air furnace ... We hit a high of $147 in the worst part of the winter but that was only one month. Outside of winter we pay a base fee (just to stay on their computer system) of $2.58/mo.

Our average combined gas and electricity for a year averages to be $157/mo

We don't have sewer because we're on a septic system.

We don't have water because we're on a well. However, some of our electricity cost goes to running the well pump and the electric hot water heater. We pay $75 a year for irrigation water (water outside during the summer) and we have a pump for that so that adds to our electricity bill.

Trash pick-up is $24/mo, every other month (or $12/mo).

We have 3 phones - all cellphones. Actually we have 4 cellphones but hubby's is paid by the company. So our telephone bill averages a little over $60/mo.

Internet service and cable TV are now combined but we just switched over and the bill hasn't settled down yet. We MIGHT be paying $95/mo for the combined service but I don't know yet. That isn't want I thought it would cost going into the deal so I hope that isn't the case.
