I always serve Spanish rice with our tacos. I will also make up some sort of bean-refried or black beans. I always make sure I have chopped up tomatoes and shredded lettuce too. If I get them on sale I love to have avacados, either made into guacamole or just sliced. I like to make a huge batch of taco meat so we can do tacos one night and than either taco salads or nachos a couple of nights later. That's what I am doing this week.
