This is gross to me but since I don't eat it I won't complain....

My son likes chocolate chip pancakes with peanut butter spread on it in his lunch box. His sides are bananna and juice.

My DD loves bean dip. Either from a can or homemade with refried beans and seasonings. Just send in a small container with baked tortilla chips, regular torilla chips or veggies. She also loves homemade bean burritos made out of the bean dip. Just spread it onto a tortilla add some cheese and eat. Good for a lunch or a snack.

For those of us who make "litterless lunches"...

I've been using a slightly larger than sandwich size Tupperware container (with lid) in my son's lunchbox.

What I do is this this:
I use 1/2 the container for whatever he's having for lunch. Today was cubed bacon, pineapple & onion pizza, then I insert two silicon cupcake molds in the other 1/2 for his 1) side of sliced pickles 2) cubed cucumber.
This system has been working really well and DS#@ and I are having fun with it!!! By using the silicon cupcake molds they keep everything seperate, they are resusable (and for more than just the lunches!!) and they come in so many fabulous colours and shapes which is ALWAYS fun!!!!

Here is a pic of what I'm trying so poorly to explain LOL!
