Even my kids love this -
1 sheet fat free graham cracker
1/4 cup fat free cool whip
1 TBSP mini chocolate chips
8 mini marshmallow

Crack the sheet in 1/2. Mix up the other items and put them on and make a s'more. Put them in the freezer and you have a great 3 point snack or dessert!

I have a new one to add!

Mrs. Freshley's Oatmeal Cream Cookies...YUMMY! (They DO have Splenda in them, though. Just in the event you don't "do" sweeteners.) 1 POINT

Aren't the Fiber One yogurts really low in points as well? My mom was eating them for that reason. I always print the coupons off for her. Right now there's one here: http://www.mommysavers.com/smartsource.htm

Spread a serving of hummus for 2 points
can make BLT's on these with serving of turkey bacon and lettuce tomato..for 2-3 points

Hi Ladies! I used to go to Weight Watchers and although I cannot afford to go back right now I am trying to go it alone. I am really struggling though. Has anyone had any luck with weight watchers and having a really frugal grocery budget? It just seems to get kinda outta control when I am on WW. My 2 kids and husband are extremely picky wont hardly eat any veggies at all, mainly just canned gb, corn, etc...and since ive been trying to be very frugal ive been making alot of $5 meals....mac & cheese, Hamburger helper, etc...
Any help is MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated!!!!!

I've done WW's in the past, but without the meetings. I'm no good. I have found that counting calories using livestrong.com works great for me, they even tell you how many calories you can have with their calculator. Anyway back to the subject. I too am dealing with a tight spending budget. I alter my meals from my families. Like when I make hamburger helper, I take out some of the meat for me before I add the other stuff and make my own meal. If they are having something I can't alter I'll have a turkey sandwich or something instead. I've even been known to have cereal for dinner. Refried beans are cheap and I can even add a little low fat cheese, put it on a low carb tortilla, pop in the microwave and have a nice dinner or lunch. Tuna is also reasonable. Hungry Girl has some great recipes in her book, which I got from the library. I snack on sugar free jello, low fat string cheese. popcorn, yogurt.

The skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are the best..highly recommend them. The peanut butter and chocolate ones are 3 points,,but are pretty big in size and have the best taste to them,,really helps kill a sweet tooth craving.

The other skinny cow sandwiches are good too.
