We had a Cowboy room in one of the houses we lived in, and my mom did a special cowboy tree in that room one year! She used a tumbleweed as the Tree (we were in Southern Utah I dont kow if you ahev tumbleweeds where you are at). she put white lights on it and those silver icicles. The made felt cowboy boots and hats ornaments. She put one of my grandpas cowboy hats on top for a tree topper. There was more but I cant remember what all was on it now! It was a HUGE hit everyone loved it!

I was thinking and thought of more! LOL!
You could use rope as garland! You could use a saddle blanket as your tree skirt. You coulod tie bandana's to different spotws on the tree.
