Does your child's school have a contest to see which classroom can collect they most box tops?

At the end of the year the class that collects the most box tops get a pizza party put on by the PTA.

My kids schools have a ongoing monthly contest, the child who turns in the most box tops receives a prize.

DD is always mad because she never has any to turn in, I rarely buy anything with a box top on it.

We do a couple of drives during the year with various prizes for the winning class.

Yes, our school does an on going contest through out the whole year and the class who brings in the most at the end of the year, gets some kind of a party, but I can't remember what at the moment.

The top collector from each class gets their name in the school newsletter and at the end of the year everyones name goes into a drawing for a Barnes & Noble gift card.

I am the coordinator for my school and I was really surprised just how much money we raise from Box Tops~ it really is a wonderful program and I think the kids should get some kind of reward for their efforts.

Our school does little prizes, for every 10 they bring in right now they get a Blowpop.

Yup, our school does the Pizza Party thing too.

If you go to the Box Top site, there are some printable pictures you can do to help with the collecting. Our school did a turkey one at TG time and just sent home a Valelntines one. There are spots for 10 box tops on there, the kids collect and glue them on. Our school has found that with these papers, there is a bit more excitement about collecting and the box tops recieved were almost DOUBLED.
