Mint jelly

Do you eat it? What do you eat it on? I know some people eat it on lamb but I don't eat lamb. Does it work on toast?

Now my second question ... have you made mint jelly?

I was looking at some in the grocery store and it looks yummy.

I have never heard of putting mint jelly on anything but lamb before, and I haven't had that since I was a little kid.!

I have never made any kind of jelly.

Easy Mint Jelly recipe from Kraft

Mint jelly (sweeter) is different from mint sauce (more sour from the use of vinegar). Be careful when purchasing that you buy the jelly if you're going to eat it on lets say toast!

Some recs I saw online were:
-use as you would jams and jellys for toast and sandwiches
-melt/ warm (micro) slightly and pour over ice cream
-serve with cheese and crackers
-goes well with cream cheese
-meats (not just lamb or mutton) like turkey, chicken or pork
-grilled veggies (melt/ warm slightly) and stir into a marinade before grilling
