Tote or coupon carrier made out of a paper bag and ziploc bags. This is a great idea for my coupons. I have had such a hard time trying to find a system that works for me. Maybe this is it.

I use a large diaperwipe container with large, tabbed index dividers made out of old folders. It is always overflowing but holds hundreds (possibly thousands) of dollars worth of coupons.

That's really neat....I also like this idea:

Envelope Books and more creative crafts projects, templates, tips, clip-art, patterns, and ideas on marthastewart.com

If you have a large amount of coupons, you could
use bigger envelopes. I bought some different colors
of vinyl tape at the hardware store for 76 cents per roll, much
cheaper than book binding tape!
