Thank You for your consideration. Yes, that is fine, I do not mind sending them, but is not necessary to take up space on the train for them. APO boxes use regular stamps (but require a customs form) and you can adopt any other base you wish if wanting to send them overseas yourself. I am just one who hates wasting great Qs when there are fellow military members in need. Having been overseas I know how tight a budget can be for food expenses as the prices of everything is higher. I have a stack going now to send out this month and will add in any that are expired or within 15 days of expiring to the stack if they are not on someone's ISO list. I also know how tight many budgets are here as well and a couple of dollars in postage a month may be too much for some to afford. For me the cost is no different than buying a bit of extra food for charitable donations each month only in this case my dollars spent go further, both literally and figuratively.
