I can also use internet coupons.

Received train yesterday, will send back out tomorrow. Need to get some more stamps since the envelope now contains more than 40.

Putting over 40 coupons in envelope is TOTALLY up to the sender! I am on 3 trains so I will always keep it to 40 even though bonus coupons are nice no one is OBLIGATED to include more than 40

Received train today, usafsam thanks for providing the info about where to send expired coupons. I received some I assume are meant for that purpose and I will go ahead and mail this time but the main purpose of this train is our current coupons.

If you do wish to send expired to the address provided then

I did leave the expired in for usafsam because I wasn't sure if she wanted us to mail them or if she was supposed to. Sorry if I did it wrong!

Thank You for your consideration. Yes, that is fine, I do not mind sending them, but is not necessary to take up space on the train for them. APO boxes use regular stamps (but require a customs form) and you can adopt any other base you wish if wanting to send them overseas yourself. I am just one who hates wasting great Qs when there are fellow military members in need. Having been overseas I know how tight a budget can be for food expenses as the prices of everything is higher. I have a stack going now to send out this month and will add in any that are expired or within 15 days of expiring to the stack if they are not on someone's ISO list. I also know how tight many budgets are here as well and a couple of dollars in postage a month may be too much for some to afford. For me the cost is no different than buying a bit of extra food for charitable donations each month only in this case my dollars spent go further, both literally and figuratively.

Received Saturday the 7th will go out Monday the 9th. I have some on Momof2boys list that will expire too soon to send the regular route so will separate and send separately. Your Eight O'Clock Coffee for instance. Enjoy your shopping!
