I am VERY new to scrapbooking. I need a cheaper cutter (for cutting the photots and paper). Any brand/s I should get? I can shop at walmart and target.
ALSO what is the thing call that takes off the excess sticky for xykron??? looks like a big eraser thing? :rofl

Don't go too cheap on a trimmer....you will use it a ton! So spend a little more and get one that will last and that you can find replacement blades for. If you can only shop Target/Wal-mart you are probably limited to Fiskars (Target) or Martha Stewart (Walmart).

Another option if cost is a factor is to look at your office supply store.

Here is that eraser Xyron Adhesive Eraser I just use a regular eraser to get off excess adhesive

Anita - check JoAnn's/Michales too. They have options for cutters. What I would suggest is to make sure to get one that can do 12x12 size. Especially if you are scrapbooking ~ you'll want to cut something bigger sooner than later.

I started with a smaller 5x7 one and really wished I'd gotten bigger. You can always cute smaller things on a 12x12, but you can't cram bigger paper in a 5x7 cutter.

I have the Fiskars 12" cutter, and a small creative memories guillotine one

Honestly, I've decided I want the 'light' up one from tv lol
