My nieghbor ran into the cable box down the street and I was unable to post that I sent a huge envelope out on Tuesday and Katiehip should get it today.

Also I included a note to encourage others not to toss the expired ones in the trash. Use the link ContactsÂ* NewsÂ* AdoptionÂ* Base L to go to OCP (Overseas Coupon Program) and adopt a base to send them to. I chose Incirlik because I have been to Turkey on deployment, had a friend that was once stationed there, and they had a note "Please Adopt Us" on the OCP board. APO uses regular US postage but you will need to go to the post office & fill out a customs form for which the complete instructions are on the OCP site. It was no different then sending to a person on the train, except everything I sent was expired or about to be and separated into 2 banded stacks, 1 for food and the other for non food items much like I did the train I mailed this week. And since they can use the coupons up to 6 months past their expiration date you can mail out once every 2 months or when your envelope gets full.

I just want to clarify something. You do not have to toss out your expired coupons. You are more than welcome to send them overseas to many different places. We have a few different threads on where to send them. Here is one http://mommysavers.com/boards/coupon...-overseas.html
Please keep in mind Rule #4 when you asked to sign up for a coupon train

I dont expect anyone to pay the shipping for coupons they cant use. Please try to keep the trains coupons to the ISO list of the riders. I know we wont always be able to ship everything on someone elses ISO list. Feel free to full up the rest of the train with other coupons you think might be useful. The idea is to pass on coupons that will be used not just keep moving from house to house.
Also remember that the trains should have 40 coupons on them as a good rule of thumb. A few more is ok. Just remember it should be covered by one stamp.

Got the train 07/31 & will be going back out 08/02

I dont know if any of you have any fussy friends, or want coupons for them. In order to stop some of the coupons that none of use are going to use please post if you want pet coupons. I would like to narrow down what we are all looking for to make this train most beneficial for everyone on it.

Another idea if you add a coupon to the train & it is still there when the train comes back to you swap it out for something else. No point leaving it there just to fill the coupon train when its not being used. Maybe something else would work better.

You can also put prices on your ISO list coupons. For example there are tons of diaper coupons. Pampers has coupons from $1-$5. If you dont want to fool with anything under $3 post it.

I am very open to an ideas & suggestions to make are train better for everyone on it. If there is anything you want to add to your ISO list or take off write it on the mailed list, post it here, PM me, or shoot me an email. I'll be redoing the mailing list when it comes back to me so that will give you time to think over anything.

If you could add non site specific Chili's, Subway, Taco Bell, McDonalds, IHOP, Cold Stone & Krispy Kreme coupons to my list. I am always looking for Qs for them. Yes, I am a junk food junkie but normally won't go out to eat unless I have Qs or they have a great deal going.

I have a question for all. Since this is not a grocery coupon I wanted to know if anyone wanted one before sending it out on the train. I have some Bath & body coupons for "FREE signature collection body care item of your choice with any purchase of $10 or more" value up to $12

Anyone want one? If not thats ok too. I didnt want to pass something around that no one could/would use
