Deodorant suggestions for pre-pre-teen boy?

Ds is only 8.5 but I think he'll be needing deodorant soon, at least while playing sports. I looked in the male deodorant aisle, but didn't find anything that didn't look or smell manly. And, I'm worried about his sensitive skin, after all he is only 8! Oh I am not looking forward to this at all. Any suggestions?

DS started wearing deodorant at age 8 and has sensitive skin also. We started him on Mitchum Sensitive Skin Deodorant. I honestly couldn't tell you what it smells like anymore. This worked well for him. Now for the last year he uses Degree Cool Comfort for Sensitive Skin. The Degree does smell more like a man's deodorant, but he's 11 now, so he likes that smell! HTH!

They make unscented Mitchum and Almay that are for sensitive skin *in the women's section at least*

I got that Liquid Crystal Rock,, but considered getting the actually rock for Hayvon cause she was only 5 when she started needing 'help' with the pits lol

DD is 8 and has started to use deodorant for sports. I refuse to allow her to use antiperspirant. I buy her stuff in the organic aisle of the grocery store. I let her chose it. Her latest is tea tree oil based and it is pretty mild.

She's a red head so her skin is pretty sensitive.

DS is also 8 and he uses Sure. It isn't a strong scent and it's good for him for right now. I'll have to check out that Mitchum Sensitive mentioned above

Tom's of Maine or Arm & Hammer. Tom's of Maine's Woodland Spice scent smells really nice, but not overly "manly." They also have an unscented one.
