WEEK 1...july 5-9 is monster week.
we have monster crafts to do( not too scary) and are movies just in case it rains are: monsters inc....and scooby doo on zombie island...special foods...monster muffins and monster face pita pizzas for lunch.
and we will go to the park everyday.
WEEK 2....july 12-16 is pet week.
we will be having a picnic here with our fave stuffed pet animal
we will go frogging at the river and see the frogs, tadpoles and turtles( only touch frogs though) and picnic there too( this is an all day event).
pet type crafts( cats/dogs/fish/bunnies/frogs etc)
movies in case it rains: cats and dogs...babe.
and we will go to the park everyday.
WEEK 3...july 19-23 is music/cartoon/anime/book week ( dd idea)
make homemade musical instruments and have a band with them( play for parents when they come for kids too)
draw pictures and make stories and books to go with them
make bookmarks etc..
movies in case it rains: spongebob the movie and pokemon
and we will go to the park everyday.
WEEK 4 july 26-30 science week
scientific experminets kid age appropriate
park everyday.
movies in case it rains: magic school bus...popular mechanics for kids( vhs tapes).
WEEK 5 august 2-6 sports week
sports all week long and swimming once during the week( ds and dd will be coming to help supervise at the pool ).
two sports related crafts
park everyday.
movies in case it rainbs: space jam....scooby's all star laff olympics( vhs tapes).
WEEK 6 august 9-13 bug week
frogging at the river again/picnic there too...all day long

movies in case it rains: a bugs life...charlotte's web
WEEK 7 august 16-20 fairies/wizards/dragons week
tea party
lots of crafts related

movies in case it rains: harry potter #1 and 2.
WEEK 8 august 23-27 arts and crafts week

movies in case it rains: kids choice of what we have here.
WEEK9 august 30-september 3 wild animals week
wild animal picnic( bring your fave wild stuffy)
lots of wild animal crafts

i also have a long list of lunches and snacks too and i brought the forms for the library's reading programs the parents had to sign for me to take them once a week too into the branch library this morning so they are all enrolled in it now too! ( the library is over by the park)
