We only use flour tortillas and we use them mainly for quesadilla or fajitas.

I make a lot of wraps for myself instead of sandwiches with bread. We make quesadillas a lot for lunch, too.

I also make homemade fruit salsa and chips using flour tortillas for the chips.

We fry them and make chips for dipping.
DD#1 would rather have tortillas than regular bread so she has wraps for lunch.
Mexican lasagna
mexican chicken casserole

I use them for all kinds of wraps.

I "toast" a flour tortilla in a pan with a little butter then sprinkle them with cinnamon.

I make a peanut butter banana wrap with them also. I "toast" a flour tortilla in a pan and spread peanut butter on it then wrap it around a banana. This is a great pre-work out snack. It is also good with a little honey drizzled in it.

I'm gluten-free so corn tortillas are my go-to-food when DD and hubby are enjoying summer-time hamburgers and hot dogs. I'll heat up a corn tortilla and wrap a hot dog in it, although tortillas aren't good at holding all the yummy toppings. The best - absolute best! - is a hamburger in a corn tortilla shell.

We use corn to make King Ranch Chicken. It is soooo yummy! In fact we just made some last weekend. It makes a lot, and freezes well. And tonight we will be making Chicken Flautas. Let's see, fajitas, burritos, breakfast tacos, for chips and dip, and to make grilled sausage wraps. Can you tell I live in Texas?! LOL!

Oh, and my favorite dinner!!! Chicken tortilla soup!!! That was what I wanted for dinner tonight, but DH thought it was too hot for soup, so flautas it is!
