I'll try anything once except a bug. I am not big on fish (I like shellfish for the most part). I love shrimp, crab, lobster, calamari; I like crawfish, I like snails, clams are fine in chowder or fried. I don't like oysters, scallops, or fish other than salmon and escolar. I keep trying - just had tilapia last week. Didn't like it.
I've had beef heart, I've had rocky mountain oysters (good!). I had brains once and did not like it. I've tried many types of sushi - hate them all as I don't like the seaweed wrap, and I don't like the rice.
I'll try any vegetable. Really - radishes & green beans? Pretty innocuous. I really dislike avocado and tomato, but I keep trying them every so often.
