I love these! They sell cookies like these at Kroger for like $5/dozen. Frost them and add sprinkles and they are like little bites of DELICIOUS cake!

Here is another one I use at Christmas, everyone loves these cookies and this recipe is yummy and a great time saver! Â*

Peanut Butter Blossoms

1 yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
½ cup water
1 large egg
1 ¼ cups peanut butter
Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

Mix in order given (except kisses). Â*Roll into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet. Â*Roll in granulated sugar and/or cross with fork to flatten. Â*Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes (they won't spread out much). Â*Remove from oven and press a Hershey Kiss into middle of each cookie. Â*Let cool until kisses are firm and store in an airtight container. Â*

This is such a quick and simple cookie! Â*And so very moist! Â*You can also put Â*the balls into a mini muffin pan to bake. Â*When they come out of oven press a miniature Reese’s cup into each one.
