Who else still has all their summer photos stuck on their hard drive? (Actually, I have a lot of spring photos there too ). Anyone else have a problem with Snapfish? I used this offer and got some photos printed. The color on them is terrible. The blues and greens are way too bright. My son has an olive green shirt and in all of the photos he is in, it's a very bright kelly green. And the skin tones are just a bit off, too. I had one of the same photos printed at CVS just to see if it was the camera or the developing, and the color is fine. I was so disappointed.

I would let them know. I wasn't happy with the way some photos printed a few years ago and they reprinted them at no charge. In 6 years that was the only issue I've ever had with them.

Okay, so I just heard back from them and they apologized and credited my account for the number of prints that I had ordered (165) and the shipping, too. I will give them another try and see if the prints look better this time. Very generous of them. I only said that the color on some of the prints was off.

P.S. I love your Charlie Brown picture. DS (4) was Charlie Brown for Halloween last year and he kept saying " I got a rock" all night!
