My kids 4th birthday party is on Sunday. It will be an outside party in the NorthEast so it will be about 45 degrees. Its from 1130-230. We have a pizza guy coming in the hour after all arrives. I would like to have 2 or 3 apps for the grown ups to keep warm, suggestions? THANK YOU all!!!

Yikes, chilly!!! I would have hot chocolate and hot apple cider. It is possible to roast marshmellows and have smores?

Yes, I plan on drinks of coffee, hot coco, apple cider and the kiddies get juice boxes. I am just torn on what to make for "warm apps" I really cant do cheese & crackers because I am having pizza. I really like the idea of smores but the kids are between 3-5. A bit young too messy for now. LOL

I was thinking maybe a hot dip, like spinach and artichoke. I really am at a total loss for what else. Kids will be fine, they have activities & tumblebus (heated). I went to a party last weekend, and all the apps/meal was cccoold. Any and all suggestions is appreciated.

How about warm breadsticks with cheese. Maybe some chicken BBQ wings, a hot dip like you suggested with some tortilla chips.
