How many snow days does your school district get?

Ours have been cut down to 3 from 5 last year, I think we only had 2 last year anyway. We don't have busses as we are considered a walking district with enough neighborhood schools so the only time they normally actually call off is with extreme cold temps!

We have three, and after that they have to make them up at the end of the year. Last year was the first year since my kids have been in school that they have not had to make any days up in June.

We're also down to 3 from 5 and I think they want to phase out snow days altogether and go to delayed starts instead.

we live in a area that gets a lot of snow we have none per say, we have days that add onto at the end of the year if we use any snow days. Most of the time they just delay where we live and even cancell bus routes but then the parents have to drop kids off/pick up.
