OTC sinus medicine for children?

Have you had luck with any OTC sinus medicine for your kids? I was going to try mucinex sinus for 6 and up if I can find one. Has anybody had luck with anything over the counter for sinus congestion for their kids?

Mucinex is about the only OTC med that I have had any luck with. Both of my kids have bad sinus issues. We use the mini melts, but I have used the other products and it works well. The new multi symptom cold is good too.

Liquid Sudafed has worked well for my dd. She hates it though because it's grape flavored.

DS has to take Zytrec every day to prevent sinus infections as he gets them easily (and also has enviromental allergies.)

We've been using sudafed for both the munchkins and their sinus issues. DD did just get off a perscription for an infection though

We use children's claritan, and it has worked great. He did not like the liquid but has done great under the chewable, but it is more expensive.

I got the mucinex multi cold symptom since it has Guaifenesin in it that seems to help break stuff up for me so I thought I'd give it a shot. I have seen some improvement since he has taken it YAY!

I would but he's still young and I don't think it would go very well
