With Easter here most of us will have lots of Eggs and Egg Cartons. Do you recycle yur egg cartons?

Lets come up with a list of ways to recycle them, besides just tossing them in the recycle bin!

* Use as an Ice cube tray. (this is the styrofoam ones of course)
* Start Seedlings for your garden

I give them to my son's preschool teachers. They can always use them for projects.

If you have the paper ones instead of Styrofoam they make great fire starters when you are camping or having a cookout over a fire pit. Not technically recycling but it is reusing and saves you from getting one of those fire starting logs so saves $$.

Make princess crowns. Just cut them down the center so you have strips of 6 cups, and then cut those strips in half so you have 4 strips of 6 - 1/2 cups. Add strips as needed so they'll fit your childs head and tape or staple together. They are actually super cute once you decorate them (and add glitter, of course)

An example. Personally I think it needs much more bling and color haha

I have seen them used as Cake Pop stands.  You can use them as fire starters.

We use them to sell our eggs in.

You can use egg cartons to store small jewelry items in a drawer
