What do you think about the Chevron trend in clothing and home decor?

Personally, it's too trendy for my taste. How long can yellow chevrons possibly be in style?

I'll be embarrasingly honest and admit that I didn't even know it was a trend. Worse yet, if I HAD seen it, I wouldn't have known it was called chevron. I'd have just called it 'zigzags' lol Man, I don't know when I got so old and 'uncool'

I like some of it, but some is way out there!

Oh my goodness, houndstooth is amazing.

I recently picked up a bunch of purple houndstooth fabric and am dying to make a pencil skirt with it. Now I just need to figure out how to sew actual clothes lol

Ok, I don't like houndstooth either! Some of the patterns could be less trendy, but I think it is hideous. Maybe a tiny houndstooth print in a nice classic coat, but not in a home decor item.

Don't feel bad, I didn't know either. I would of called it zig zags also. When I first saw Chevron in Creative Forum I had to double look I thought it was referring to a CAR or a gasstation.
