I like eggs for breakfast but it takes too long on the stove on a busy school morning. This is a quick and easy recipe 
Microwave Coffee Cup Scramble
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Beat eggs & milk in coffee cup. Microwave for 30 seconds. Take out & stir. Microwave 30-45 more seconds until cooked. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
