Do you ever just allow yourself to do nothing?

I did this Friday night. In had things to do but in was like, "Leave it, they will be there for me tomorrow". And they were. I felt refreshed but I'm not sure how much it helped, I'm sick today.

I have difficulty doing nothing, so I compromise by making lists of things I need to do, taking breaks when I need to, and not beating myself up when I don't finish the list.

Rarely.

If I do that- I usually will end up paying for it in the end! The last time I did that was because I was sick, I woke up (from a "sick nap") to the sound of DH inviting someone over- I stood up and busted my butt to get the house to look "lived in" not a disaster!

I do frequently and don't even bother to feel bad about it. I'm not nearly as ambitious as I was when I was younger....what can I say?!?

Sure. I figure I should enjoy my life. If I really want to sit in front of the fire and read that book now, and worry about emptying the dishwasher or cleaning the cat bot tomorrow, I'll do that.

yup beacuse I know it will be right there waiting for me, NO one else is going to do it and I will get to it when I am ready.

no.

i am hyper to begin with and sitting longer then 5 minutes starts to drive me nuts! doing nothing would drive me right round the bend!
