At least according to TMZ. They've been married 72 days. here's a link to the article

and on that page there's a link to one that talks about WHY they are breaking up (although I'm not sure I believe this) saying he wanted to eventually settle down in MN and she had no intention of ever leaving LA.

She has a prenup

Which just goes to show you, this was never for anything but publicity. She just wanted the big fairytale wedding, with 3 dresses, and a handsome groom. I REALLY think she was trying hard to have what her sisters have, but she keeps going about it the wrong way. Why wouldn't you have that big discussion BEFORE you got married of, ya know, where you are going to live??? If that was going to be a breaking point, they should have figured that out before.

all I can say whom ever paid for that wedding what a waste of money. You could see this coming before they were ever married. My gosh she goes thru guys like water what made anyone think this one was the one after such a short time.
