workout goals week of 11-7

Big or small share what you want to accomplish fitness/diet wise this week Don't forget to check in for Friday fitness!!

I am starting a diet this week. (I know, I know! It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle! LOL) I won't go into the details, but I will let you know how it goes.

I am going to try one yoga class, one meditation class, and 3-4 walks. (Still not joining the gym....just trying to get myself on a positive swing.)

Just making sure I get in SOMETHING everyday. Weather walking, wii, or squats while I'm cooking...I don't care, I NEED to get back on the damn wagon!!

I have a love/hate relationship with that damn wagon! LOL And I am right there with ya.

dh had his wisdom teeth out today. Needless to say I'm not working out today.

Tue-step
Wed-aerobics
Thurs-X training
Friday-bike

I FINALLY ran again today! My schedule will depend on the weather. I want to run 3 or 4 days this week. If I can't run, I will do a Jillian Michaels DVD. I will also try to do 2 days of kettlebells.

Food-wise I have been terrible. Junk food and pigging out. It's only going to get worse and I'll have more temptation as the holidays near, but I need need to get it under control.

I haven't gained any weight, but I also have not lost any weight since at least September. I really really feel good about this week. I *WILL* get back on track again!

This week I am aiming to workout at least 5 days...hoping to get 6 days in. My goal is to do cardio for at least 45 minutes each time. I am on week 7 of C25K. I have gotten in 2 days of workouts so far for the week.
I downloaded the cardiotrainer app on my phone. That is an eye opener. You input all of your personal stuff in the settings so it adjusts the calories for your weight. All of this time I had thought I was burning a lot more calories because the TM always showed more. Now I know I need to work a little harder and longer.

My goals are as usual but I added in the spinning this week

Mon-Step in a.m, Spinning in the P.m. DONE
Tuesday, walking on the treadmill (feeling the spinning) and some weights
Wednesday step and sculpt
Thursday-Trainer day and treadmill
Friday-HOPEFULLY step but kids off so not sure I will make it for that, but will do something!
