This week I am aiming to workout at least 5 days...hoping to get 6 days in. My goal is to do cardio for at least 45 minutes each time. I am on week 7 of C25K. I have gotten in 2 days of workouts so far for the week.
I downloaded the cardiotrainer app on my phone. That is an eye opener. You input all of your personal stuff in the settings so it adjusts the calories for your weight. All of this time I had thought I was burning a lot more calories because the TM always showed more. Now I know I need to work a little harder and longer.
My goals are as usual but I added in the spinning this week
Mon-Step in a.m, Spinning in the P.m. DONE
Tuesday, walking on the treadmill (feeling the spinning) and some weights
Wednesday step and sculpt
Thursday-Trainer day and treadmill
Friday-HOPEFULLY step but kids off so not sure I will make it for that, but will do something!
