We've been having fun with this idea. Perfect for sleepovers or outdoor/nightime parties. Instructions here: Frugal Sleepover Fun: Glow-in-the-Dark Cups | Mommysavers.com

Thanks for sharing. Might have to do that one next month when dd has a sleepover at a hotel.

DD has a sleep over tonight and we have tons of disposable cups around here. Cool!

This is also fun for a sleepover/party if you have a clear soap dispenser:

Another fun sleepover idea:  Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt (It doesn't have to be Easter for this to be fun).

we just did this last night with my dd for her 13th birthday , they had fun the downfall was getting them to fit the eggs and also that they broke so my hands were glow in the dark for a bit LOL

Did you do the glow cups or the glow eggs?  For the glow eggs, sometimes it helps to "tie" the bracelet in a knot to get it to fit inside the egg.  For the glow cups, I have found that the generic red "Solo" cups work best.  The new red Solo cups don't have a round bottom any more, it's more square.
