Yes he was. If I remember right, that's what Wagner and Woods were arguing about. I think Wagner thought there was something going on with Walken and Woods. It's been a long time ago though so I could be wrong. I don't think anyone ever suspected Walken. IF there was any foul play, I think people always suspected Wagner.
