I liked how you could figure out how many calories you were consuming.  For weight loss, I think it is a great sight.

That's great when you can find real life support. Some of us don't have that. :-)

I agree.

I was successful after having my first dd with Weight Watchers. It's not something I can afford currently so this is free support for me.

I love it!  but like anything, you get out of it what you put in.  I really didn't follow it or join any of the "teams" or anything at first.  So I got nothing out of it and it fell by the wayside.  Recently I put more effort into it...I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease and finding a team for others like me was like winning the lottery.  I have a good friend who did it and lost 50lbs and kept it off.  I can't afford WW right now so this is my option and I like it!

I haven't tried it. I started www.myfitnesspal.com, which someone here told me about, and I've lost about 37 lbs since May 26. Chickyhip was on it with me for a bit until she went back to sparkpeople, but it's worked well for me so far so I've had no need to try anything else. Sure is better than WW - I just gained weight on that for 2 years while handing over money week after week. This is free and it works for me.

I liked myfitnesspal, too, but I had already started on SparkPeople and I was trying to do both. Both are great programs!
