The handle is broken, it just needs a new screw, but I have been able to use it without. There is a red mark on it, as seen in the picture. The plates are pretty well used, but new ones can be bought at Hobby Lobby or other places like that. This also comes with the instruction manual. If I was to sell this, I would sell it for $30.
I don't want to trade for other scrapbooking products because I am downsizing.
