Cream of Something soup, instead of the Campbell's Cream of Chicken, Cream of Celery, etc.

I made a big batch of the powder and anytime something calls for one of those soups I make up that mixture instead.  I used this recipe, although I left out the bouillon and instead of water I use left over broth that I drain and save from when I give my kids soup.  I also left out the onions because I didn't have any and don't really like them.

It is really good, the first time I made it I didn't cook the mixture long enough before adding it to my recipe, so we could taste the corn starch, but the next time it was better.

Pancake & Waffle mix

They are WAY Better than the pre-made mixes and go a long way (and for less $$)

Pancake mix, taco seasoning, Italian seasoning, UN-fried refried beans (in the crock pot), black beans, pinto beans, soups, pizza, hot pockets, soft pretzels, and the list goes on. It all tastes better than the processed, pre-packaged stuff, and most everything freezes well.
