Asian Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nuts or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 8 oz craisins or dried cherries
- 1 (16 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
- If you can't find a the mix in your store, here's a recipe for you.
- 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped or shredded
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
Whisk dressing
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix and serve. It's better if you make it ahead and refrigerate for an hour or two. Enjoy~
