I'm going to make soem oven-fired parmesan Zucchini chips I found on pinterest and serve with some lowfat buttermilk ranch.

Tonight I am making vegetable lasagna. I have never made it before and it called for no-cook lasagna noodles. I cooked the traditional noodles and discovered that the recipe was very liquidy so it would cook those no-cook noodles. I'm not sure how it will turn out, but it is in the oven right now. I just didn't use all the sauce.
