We did this last year and already have ours started for this year.
I color code mine on slips of paper. Orange for stuff at home, blue for stuff that can be done in a quick trip and green for all day stuff.
I put them all in a old happy meal box and at the beginning of the week depending our our time restraints I tell my son which and how many of each colors to pick and then plan the week.

-Bats Baseball Game-free passes
-swimming at the public pool
-Creekside Splash Pad
-Louisville Slugger Museum- free passes
-go fishing
-make chocolate suckers with smiley face mold
-have a treasure hunt
-make glow bubbles
-have a Backyard Beach party
-camp in the backyard and make smores in the fire pit
-participate in the summer reading programs around town
-catch fireflies
-play with solar paper
-go out for frozen yogurt
-make slushies
-make window clings
-paint rocks
-play board games
-Sonic Happy Hour
-movie marathon
-make chocolate dipped bananas
-make cotton candy
-go to Krispy Kreme for doughnut sundaes
And this is my personal bucket list:
-read at least 10 books
-make at least one new summery recipe a week
-finish vacation photo books from last year
-write and mail a letter to a relative
-have a traveling dinner(appetizer, dinner and dessert from all different places)
-have the girls over for drinks on the deck
-get a facial
-have a thrift store day
-make a fairy/gnome garden in my flower beds
-make some of the drinks from my Pinterest list
-make some of the crafts from my Pinterest list
-go to the Farmer's market weekly and plan my menu around my good finds
