My Custom Photo Candle Holders: An Easy, Frugal DIY Project

I started with my old Yankee Candle jars that I had removed the wax from (more here: recycling candles - it's easy!).  Next, I ordered this transparency adhesive paper from Amazon (I couldn't find it anywhere in town).  I sized my images in Photoshop Elements and printed them out.  I removed the adhesive backing and put them on the jar along with a votive candle.  SO easy.

I turned my smaller Yankee Candle jar into an air freshener.

That's awesome! You could also just decorate a new candle to give as a gift.

How many pictures can you print on one sheet of that paper?

It depends on how large the photos are.  It's an 8 1/2 x 11" sheet, just like copier paper.  I did two on my sheet to fit the large Yankee Candle jars.
