Easter Basket Alternatives

Do you put your child's Easter goodies in a basket, or do you use another type of container?  Post your container ideas here!

Last year I used these Itso fabric storage bins from Target.  They cost more than a traditional Easter basket, but we've been using them every day since then.

One year we did beach buckets and made it a beachy theme.

I still have a little box with a lid that my mom gave me in high school as an Easter basket. I keep nail polish in it.  You could get all sorts of little totes, baskets, buckets, storage bins etc at the dollar store.

I am using a large cardboard flowered tote from the dollar spot at target. We will use it for storage afterward.

We have Easter themed buckets that we re-use yearly.

We use buckets.  With downsizing to a house I can afford on my own, I lost my big walk in attic.  Storing all the Easter baskets at my house takes up SPACE!  LOL  The buckets stack on top of each other. :)  Practical won out.

We usually reuse a basket. This year I bought him a bucket so he could store some toys in it once Easter was over.
